Conference prices include:
- Table arrangements according to the study
room and number of persons.
- Computer and dataprojector (please order in advance), screen, writing easels,
VHS recorder, TV
- Ice water for the meeting

If the actual number of participants is
considerably lower than booked in advance,
we reserve the right to change the conference
room.
We charge for catering two days in advance
according to the number of participants
announced in the reservation.
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge
one month prior to the meeting at the latest.
If we receive the cancellation later than
this, we will charge for the reservation
in the event that a new booking for the
room is not possible. |
