UNCONFIRMED RESERVATIONS
Room reservations are held until 18.00 on the date of arrival, unless late arrival has been agreed upon.
After 18.00 hours the hotel is entitled to offer the room to other customers.

CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS
If a customer confirms late arrival with a credit card or corporate invoicing address, the reservation will be held after 18.00 hours on the date of arrival. In a case of no show or unless the reservation is cancelled by 16.00 hours on the date of arrival, the hotel is entitled to charge for the reservation.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Rooms are available from 15.00 hours onwards on the date of arrival.
Check out by 12.00 on the date of departure.

CANCELLATIONS
If cancelled by 16.00 hours on the date of arrival, an individual customer's reservation can be cancelled without charge. If the reservation has been confirmed and has not been cancelled by 18.00 hours on the date of arrival, the price of one day's stay will be charged for the unused room.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment by cash or credit card at the hotel.
Invoicing is only available by prior corporate invoicing agreement.
